You can find Korean Jwipo in most Asian grocery stores. Be prepared when shopping in these stores for a language barrier. Most Asian grocery stores cater to a certain population. Such as Korean, Chinese, or Japanese. These merchants have a vast clientele of pure Asians living in there area. This means to you and I they may speak little English.

Luckily for myself my wife is Korean and speaks 4 different Asian languages. Korean Jwipo is packaged in bags of 16 oz to 32 oz.

Jwipo or (Korean Pressed dried fish)

Jwipo is generally heated on a stove top or a burner until it curls, just a little. Then you can mix some Korean hot sauce, Which is Hot bean paste sold in 1 pound tubs at the same Asian Grocery stores. Cut the dried fish (Jwipo) into strips and simply dip the Jwipo into the hot sauce.
